I received this beautiful necklace back in November and had only worn it just a few months and unfortunately, it broke. Thankfully I was home and felt it slip off my neck. I will get it fix locally because it’ll be cheaper then sending it back and having to pay for shipping both ways and whatever the repair fee would be if I sent it back per to who I reached out too. I appreciated their honesty. The price is unbeatable and the piece is beautiful but in the event that something happens, nothing can really be done. That’s the reality with online purchases.
